email addresses or domain names that misrepresent another individual’s identity, title, or ICF
credential.
If a user is found to have acquired such services with the intent to impersonate, mislead, or resell
them to third parties, this may constitute a violation of privacy, misrepresentation, and fraudulent
behavior under applicable laws. Such accounts will be terminated immediately without
refund, and relevant authorities may be notified.
Master Coaching & Consulting assumes no responsibility for any illegal purchases or actions
made by third parties. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of abuse.
Unauthorized Use of Personal or Credentialed Information
The act of unlawfully collecting, registering, or using personal details — such as names, titles, or
ICF credentials — belonging to another individual, and attempting to sell or transfer them to the
rightful owner, constitutes a serious legal offense.
Such behavior is strictly prohibited. It may violate privacy, impersonation, and fraud laws in
multiple jurisdictions. Master Coaching & Consulting reserves the right to cancel such
accounts without refund and report the incident to legal authorities for further action.
We are committed to protecting the integrity of professional coaches and will take legal steps
where misuse is detected.
